This website describes the app. The publishing tool runs privately for the creator and has no public account registration. It uses YouTube API Services and asks the owner to authorize access through Google.
Publishing setup is in progress. Public API uploads remain subject to YouTube’s project approval requirements. Broader channel administration and analytics are planned features.
