Fernanda Publisher
Privacy policy
Effective October 2, 2026. This policy describes the private publishing tool operated for the owner of the Fern.ai.nda YouTube channel.
What the app accesses
Fernanda Publisher uses YouTube API Services. With the owner’s Google authorization, it reads the connected channel’s ID, name, handle, and uploaded-video details, including video IDs, titles, descriptions, thumbnail links, publication dates, and visibility. Authorized results can include private and unlisted videos.
The creator supplies the films, thumbnails, captions, and upload settings that they want sent to YouTube. Google provides access and refresh tokens so the app can carry out authorized requests. The app does not ask for or store the owner’s Google password.
Why the information is used
Channel information identifies the intended destination. Video information supports reviewing uploads and applying requested changes. Tokens maintain the authorized connection. Supplied media and settings are used to perform the creator’s publishing instructions.
Storage and sharing
Connection credentials are stored in files with restricted permissions on the creator’s machine. Channel records, working media, and operational records are also kept locally. Channel data and publishing results may be returned to the creator’s configured assistant; the assistant service handles those interactions under its own privacy terms and settings.
Google and YouTube receive authentication requests and the content or settings needed for the requested API operation. This information site does not expose credentials, private videos, or the publishing interface. The app does not sell channel data or use it for advertising.
Disconnecting and deleting data
The owner can withdraw access through Google’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops further authorized API use; it does not by itself erase copies already stored locally.
For removal of local authorization credentials and stored YouTube data, contact fern.ai.nda.cyn@gmail.com. The operator handles these requests manually and removes the requested app-held data within seven calendar days. The operator refreshes or removes retained channel and video metadata within 30 days. This procedure does not delete videos stored on YouTube or the creator’s independently produced original films.
